If your debit card is lost or stolen, notify us immediately by calling our Customer Service Department at 641-732-3763.

If the bank is closed, call Shazam immediately at 800-383-8000 and take the following option:

Press #1 to report a card lost or stolen

Follow the prompts as appropriate.

A Shazam representative will take your information, deactivate your card, and contact Home Trust & Savings Bank the next business day.

If your Credit Card (issued through Home Trust) is Lost or Stolen call 1-866-552-8855 for Visa Customer Service.

Signing up for a debit card is EASY!! Just fill out the application and return it to Home Trust & Savings Bank.
